Before the official conference begins, guests are invited to join us for an exclusive pre-conference experience in Biarritz, France. This is designed for those who want a longer, more immersive European journey.

Biarritz is located just one hour from San Sebastián, making the transition seamless. After our time in Biarritz, we will travel together to join the full Bambini & Bubbles group for the conference kickoff in Spain.

Why Biarritz? We will be staying at the iconic Hôtel du Palais, the legendary seaside palace originally built by Napoleon III for Empress Eugénie. Biarritz is also home to one of the original Goyard boutiques, often referred to as part of the brand’s “holy trinity,” alongside elegant shopping, historic villas, and dramatic coastal scenery.

During our stay, we will host a special session with Anderson Advisors, who will be speaking on retirement planning, tax strategy, and long-term financial structuring for dental professionals.

Once the full group gathers in San Sebastián, Spain, Bambini & Bubbles 2026 officially begins with three days of thoughtfully curated education, connection, and experience.
